Polder Type Submersible Pump
Jasco Polder submersible pumps are robust & sturdy in construction , computer aided design allows most compact & efficient pump to give optimum output at minimum power input. It is designed for continuous operation, no pump house is required, suction being at bottom, can draw water to the lowest level. Special anti corrosive process is carried out to wetted parts for longer life.
Jasco Polder submersible pump is driven by wet type, water filled & water cooled motor, suitable for 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz a.c. supply. The flow of water is passed between motor body & Jacket, keeps motor cool. Mixed flow impeller is mounted on extended motor shaft. The motor is protected from raw water by Mechanical seals of adequate size & combination of material as per application. Stator & Rotor are vacuum impregnated with heavy duty thermal varnish. Impeller & Rotor assembly are dynamically balanced for vibration free & noiseless operation.
Stationary parts like Discharge outlet, Bye pass. Bowl, suction case, housings etc are of graded C.I. casting and jackets & Motor body, are hydraulically tested, shaft shall be S.S., Impeller shall be CI / Bronze / S.S or any material required by client. Protecting sleeve shall be s.s., Bearing bush shall be leaded tin bronze. Motor will have PVC. coated wire winding, thrust bearing will be graphite / S.S. plate duly ground & lapped.
